A BUSINESS MODEL WITH PEOPLE AT ITS HEART

Our Artisan Winegrowers work family estates with an average of 10 hectares of land, and some of them have been doing so for three generations or more.

Their offices are the plots of vines, hedges and paths of their vineyards. They grew up there and all want to see their children and grandchildren flourish there as they did. That's how much they care about preserving this environment!

COMMITTED TO MAKING AUTHENTIC WINES

Loyal to its cooperative values, Rhonéa was created with the aim of promotion. Our members work together to highlight the work of our artisanal winegrowers and create a ‘brand’ with great appeal for consumers and influencers.

Now, the results speak for themselves: our reputation has been established and levels of remuneration are improving regularly. Rhonéa is based on a winning model that promotes winegrowers and provides them with fair and regular remuneration.

A PROJECT CENTRED ON WINEGROWERS

Rhonéa passes on 55% of its sales to its winegrowers, which is a record level for a winery that sells mainly bottled products (90%).

Rhonéa supports each estate on a day-to-day basis, with fixed monthly advances, cash flow advances for new members, the spreading of payments in the event of a small harvest, the provision of high-performing decision support tools, support with administrative formalities, financial aid for the transition to organic wine-growing, etc. We have many initiatives to help them on a daily basis as they work to improve the sustainability and the visibility of their businesses.

A WIN-WIN PARTNERSHIP

Since 2016:

42% growth on average for regional appellations

38% growth on average for Crus

Because for us there is no sustainable development without a balance between a fair price for the consumer and fair returns for the producers, Rhonéa is one of the cooperatives that generates the most income for its members in the whole of Vaucluse.

our winegrowers talk about it better than we do

Gabriel

Artisan winegrower in Beaumes de Venise

"What I like about the cooperative structure is that even though we work alone in our vineyards, we are never alone if we have a question or an issue. Being able to speak not only with other winegrowers but also with the very professional technical teams is reassuring, especially when you’re just starting or taking over the business."

Nathalie

Artisan winegrower in Vacqueyras

"All the administrative work is taken care of by the Vine & Wine team at the wineries, which is a real relief for me. I prefer to spend time in my vineyards and this way I can be sure I'm not making a mistake or missing an important deadline. Priceless!"

Christelle

 Artisan winegrower in Rasteau

"The collective gives me real cash flow security. Regular payments throughout the year help to limit the impact of years with smaller harvests. That way we can always plan ahead without it being stressful."

Pascal,

Artisan vigneron à Visan

"Seul on va peut-être vite mais ensemble on va plus loin.
Cette phrase s'applique parfaitement à la coopération qui permet de mutualiser nos forces.
Pour moi,
le collectif
est un vrai plus.
