Terroir
Selection of parcels on limestone, clay and calcareous soils.
Winemaking
Harvest at optimum maturity. Grapes are destemmed, crushed, put into vats and vinified at controlled temperatures. Rack and return, as well as regular aeration of the must during fermentation develop smooth and silky tannins.
