Deliveries
How do I track my delivery?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouses, you will receive a confirmation email with a link giving you access to its tracking. You will find your parcel number and the carrier responsible for delivery. For more information, do not hesitate to call us: 04 90 10 90 16, Monday to Thursday from 8:30 to 18:00 and Friday from 8:30 to 17:00, or by email at: boutique@rhonea.fr.
What are the different delivery options and their cost?
In general, for orders less than or equal to 3 cases of 6 bottles, deliveries are made by Chronopost. A tracking link will be sent to you upon order confirmation.
For orders greater than or equal to 4 cases, we use a carrier. Cases are packed on a pallet to avoid any deterioration. As soon as your package is picked up, the carrier will make an appointment with you to set a date and time of delivery.
If you do not have a call within 72 hours after receipt of order confirmation containing your tracking number, please contact us at 04 90 10 90 16 or on boutique@rhonea.fr.
For your information, we are available from 8:30 am to 6 pm, from Monday to Thursday and from 8:30 am to 5 pm on Friday.
As regards delivery costs, they are fixed for the shipment:
- for 1 to 2 cases: 35€
- for 3 and more cases: 20€
For any order over 250€, shipping costs are offered.
Can I get multiple deliveries with a single order?
It is not possible to place a single order with multiple recipients on our online store. In this case, you have to place as many orders as recipients.
If you want to place an order for several people, please contact us on 04 90 10 90 16 or on boutique@rhonea.fr. We will study together the best solution & costs.
For your information, we are available from 8:30 am to 6 pm Monday to Thursday
and from 8:30 am to 5 pm on Friday.
Can I be delivered outside France?
Deliveries are only possible in France. If you want a delivery in the European Union, just place your order by phone: 04 90 10 90 16 or by email: boutique@rhonea.fr. We will quote for you the shipping costs.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?
The day of the departure of your order. from our warehouse, you will receive an email confirming the processing of your order. If you do not receive this email, remember to check your junk mail. You can also contact us by phone at 04 90 10 90 16 or by email: boutique@rhonea.fr.
We are available from 8:30 to 18:00 Monday to Thursday and from 8:30 to 17:00 on Friday.
I have refused my delivery, what will happen?
If you refuse delivery, whatever the reason, you have to inform us by email at boutique@rhonea.fr or by phone at 04 90 10 90 16.
For your information, we are available from 8:30 am to 6 pm Monday to Thursday and from 8:30 am to 5 pm on Friday.
It seems that a bottle broke during transport. What do I do?
We invite you to immediately refuse the package to the driver, writing a precise, significant and complete reservation on the transport document. Reservations must be related to the goods and not to the apparent condition of the goods. Do not hesitate to open the case, take photos and send them to us so that we can declare a dispute.
What to do if products are missing or if there is an error on the order?
Our logistics department takes care of your order. However, if you notice errors in the preparation or missing products, we invite you to immediately call our customer service on 04 90 10 90 16 or by email at boutique@rhonea.fr. Together we will find a solution as soon as possible.
How do I know when I will be delivered?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouses, you receive a confirmation email containing a link giving you access to the tracking of your shipment with an approximate delivery date (via the Chronopost website).
For deliveries made by a carrier, he must contact you to set a date and time of delivery. The date of receipt depends directly on you.

Orders
What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay your order by:
- Credit card online. Our site is secure and this allows a very fast processing and delivery of your order.
- Bank or postal cheque: you place your order online and then send us a cheque accompanied by the summary of your order, recalling its reference on the back of the cheque. The order will be shipped upon receipt of payment.
- Bank transfer: once your order is placed on the site, you make a transfer from your account to ours, recalling the reference of the order.
Is it possible to order mixed cases?
Mixed cases (ie different wines in the same cases) is not possible at the moment. Our logistical constraints do not allow us to achieve this. However, we are currently working on a project that will be implemented in a near future.
I don't find the wines that I want on the website
All the wines diplayed on our website are produced by our winegrowers. Quantities depend on the harvest and the vintage. Therefore, some cuvées may disappear temporarily on the online store.
If you do not find the desired reference, do not hesitate to contact us on 04 90 10 90 16, we may have a few bottles left in stock! Or we will be able to propose you another reference that will suit you.
How can I change or cancel my order?
If you have already confirmed/paid your order on the website and you wish to modify or cancel it, do not hesitate to contact us at 04 90 10 90 16 or by email at boutique@rhonea.fr.
We will do what is necessary immediately.

Where can I find my invoice to print it?
All your purchase histories are available in your personal space on the website. Your last invoice will of course be downloadable.
Is there an age limit to buy wine on your site?
In accordance with the regulations, you must certify that you are of legal age (at least 18 years in France) to be able to buy wine on our site.
How do I know if my order has been processed?
Following the validation of your basket (after payment), you receive within an hour a summary email of your order. If you have not received it, check that the payment has well been proceeded. You can also contact us at 04 90 10 90 16.
Order processing takes place from Monday to Friday. As soon as it is processed you receive a confirmation email and an approximate delivery date.
I want to send wine as a gift. How do I do?
Make your selection on our website. Then, at the time of entering your contact details, you will indicate the address of the beneficiary as well as the personal message that you wish to send to him/her. The invoice of your order is never attached to the package.
How do I know if my gift has been received by the recipient?
Once your order is paid, you will receive a tracking number that will allow you to track the package until delivery.
Our wines
Do you offer organic or sustainable wines?
We offer organic and biodynamic wines. All our wines are also certified «Vignerons Engagés», proof of our commitment to sustainable development and social responsibility. For more information, see our «commitments» section
Can I order rare or collection wines on your website?
The range «Nos Parcellaires» is composed of wines from a sharp and unique parcel selection. In this sense, it is a range of «rare» wines. We also offer old vintage Natural Sweet Wines, called «collection»
Are you able to provide information about the history and characteristics of each wine you sell?
We offer wines from our producers, "Artisans Vignerons" installed on their vineyard for several generations. We are therefore able to provide information on the history and characteristics of each wine. You will find them in our technical sheets, accessible on the presentation of wines.
Do you have recommendations for storing and ageing wines?
For optimal ageing of your wines, we advise you to store them away from light and where temperature variations are not too important. Indeed, more than the temperature itself, wines are sensible to variations.
Rosé and white wines should be consumed within 2 years to preserve their fruity and fresh characteristics. Red wines can be kept for 2 to 7 years (or more!) depending on the appellation and the vintage. Choose rather short ageing times on the Côtes du Rhône, Ventoux, IGP and Villages. The Crus can be stored longer.

Do you have recommendations for matching wines with dishes?
For each of our cuvées, you can have a look on its presentation on the website. You will finf some ideas of food & wine pairings.
Can you help me choose a wine based on my preferences?
We have classified our different vintages by appellation, style, tasting occasions and color. If, despite this, you need more information to choose the perfect match, we will be pleased to help you in your search. Do not hesitate to call us or send us an email at boutique@rhonea.fr with your questions.
What if I have a corked bottle?
Did you know that on average, only 2% of bottles on the market have this defect related to the cork? Despite our quality controls, cork is a natural product and can sometimes be damaged.
If you feel a strong and unpleasant smell of damp wood, wet cardboard or musty when opening your bottle, this is the first clue! Before throwing the wine, taste it after a decanter. If after this step, the taste and smell are still felt, your wine is certainly corked!
In this case, keep the bottle well, we will need the lot number to report the anomaly and notify us by email at boutique@rhonea.fr or by phone at 04 90 10 90 16.

Loyalty program & special offers
I have a loyalty card. Do my purchases on the site add to my account?
Our loyalty program is valid both in our stores and on our website. For any purchase made, you accumulate loyalty points.
As a reminder, 1€ = 1 point.
By accumulating these points, you benefit from free bottles (in store) or coupons (on the online store).
All private customers are eligible for our loyalty program except Rhonéa Vignobles members, employees and cooperative winegrowers.
Can I have my loyalty gift at the same time as my order?
In our physical points of sale, you can leave with the gifts corresponding to your order, depending on your number of points. On our online store, you can use your points to benefit from discounts on your purchases. Simple and Effective!

How can I be kept informed about promotions and special offers?
We regularly set up special offers on our website. The wines concerned are presented with a specific display (mention "promotion", "special offer", "crossed price"...).

Do you offer wines from other wine regions than the Rhone valley?
The wines presented on this website are those produced by our families of Artisans Winegrowers, established for generations in the Vaucluse department, cradle of the Côtes du Rhône region. Thanks to this diversity, we are able to offer many AOP wines, made locally by winemakers established on human-sized farms (10ha on average): from Mediterranean IGP to Vacqueyras Crus, Beaumes de Venise, Rasteau, Gigondas or Châteauneuf du Pape, without forgetting the Ventoux, Côtes du Rhône and Côtes du Rhône Villages, we are confident that you will get enough choice to satisfy your curiosity!
Can you buy wine accessories on your website?
For the moment, we only sell the wines of our Artisans Winegrowers.
How can I leave a review or evaluation on a wine I bought?
We look forward to your feedback on our wines. You can leave your comments on our social medias or on the pages of our shops on the internet.
