The vintage
2025 is a precocious and contrasting vintage: after an intense dry spell followed by timely rainfall, careful monitoring and meticulous sorting ensured excellent quality. The 2025 wines stand out for their balance, precision, and promising aromatic expression.
Terroir
Limestone soil with clay subsoil.
Winemaking
Grapes are entirely destemmed and lightly crushed. The must is naturally decanted from its lees at a temperature of 12°C, then cold fermented.
