Muscatine Sparkling is crafted from 100% Muscat Petits Grains, a rare and highly aromatic grape variety
known for its delicate floral notes, natural fruit intensity and elegant sweetness. This distinctive origin sets it
apart from more classic sparkling wines, offering a fresh, expressive and premium alternative with a clear
Southern French signature.

Winemaking

The grapes are picked at optimum maturity during the coolest hours of the day to protect their freshness and aromatic finesse. They are then gently pressed, with only the first juices selected for their purity, intensity and naturally sweet Muscat character. A brief fermentation is started to bring a fine sparkling texture, then carefully stopped before the grape sugars turn into alcohol, preserving the drink’s freshness, sweetness and alcohol-free profile.
