Evoking the essence of orange coulis, the wine reveals a refined touch of oak with hints of cinnamon, a velvety texture and a generous mid-palate, leading to a finish reminiscent of orange and cocoa.

Sand, marl and clay-limestone soils
Winemaking
Hand-harvested grapes are carefully destemmed, gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a cool 6–8°C to preserve delicate aromas. Fermentation lasts two to four weeks and is stopped with the addition of neutral grape spirit, retaining the wine’s natural sweetness.
Ageing
One year in oak barrels and then several years in tanks.
