Roque Colombe offers a precise expression of Châteauneuf-du-Pape white. Grenache blanc remains the main grape variety, combined with Roussanne, Clairette, Bourboulenc, Picpoul and Picardan. An authentic cuvée that expresses the depth of its terroir while preserving harmony and precision.

Tasting
Floral nose with honey notes, candied fruits and sweet spices aromas. Fresh though large mouth with aromas of hazelnut and canned peaches. Very long finish and impressive depth.

Here are three occasions to enjoy this wine and inspire your own: an elegant aperitif to awaken the appetite, with cheese puffs, smoked salmon or fresh cheese and herb bites; a relaxed lunch with friends, paired with roasted fish, creamy chicken or asparagus risotto; or a final glass to extend the evening, enjoyed with a mature hard cheese, toasted almonds or simply on its own to appreciate its freshness.
The vintage
2024 has been full of weather challenges. Spring brought disease pressure, summer droughts reduced yields, and heavy rains in September added to the difficulties. Even so, the great quality of the wines reflects the skill, dedication, and great adaptability of our Artisans winegrowers and winemakers.
Terroir
Vines flourish on a mosaic of terroirs such as sandy type terrains, terraces of large pebbles, marls, hillsides of limestone soils.
Winemaking
The grapes are hand-harvested in the early morning and transported in small 15 kg crates to preserve their freshness and integrity. After direct pressing, the musts are carefully selected prior to fermentation. The wines are then aged for nine months, with a small proportion matured in oak barrels.
