Tasting
Subtle notes of black fruits (blackberries, blackcurrants) and spices (white and black peppers, cinnamon...) on the nose. The mouth is dense with soft tannins.

The vintage
2025 is a precocious and contrasting vintage: after an intense dry spell followed by timely rainfall, careful monitoring and meticulous sorting ensured excellent quality. The 2025 wines stand out for their balance, precision, and promising aromatic expression.
Terroir
Clay and limestone soils.
Winemaking
The grapes are harvested at optimum ripeness, followed by a short cold pre-fermentation maceration to enhance fruit expression. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 25°C. Vinification is designed to preserve fruit purity, with twice-daily pump-overs alternated with punch-downs for gentle extraction. The wine is aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks before bottling.
