The vintage
Between heat and drought, the weather conditions have been challenging again this year. However, thanks to the remarkable resilience of our vines and the dedicated efforts of our Artisan Winegrowers and technical staff, the 2022 vintage promises to be of outstanding quality.
Terroir
Clay covered with limestone rocks. The vineyards are cultivated according to the principles of Organic Agriculture, certified by an independent organization.
Winemaking
Harvested at optimal ripeness. Light pre-fermentation cold maceration to preserve aromas. Followed by vinification focusing on the fruit at controlled temperature (25°C). Pump overs and rack and returns.
