Tasting
Complex notes of honey, dried fruits, spices, and rancio. On the palate, it is rich and silky with a long finish. Versatile with both sweet and savory pairings, it shines alongside blue cheeses. It can also be enjoyed on its own, as an aperitif or a digestif, much like noble spirits such as Cognac, Armagnac, or whisky. With proper cellaring away from heat and light, it will age gracefully for more than 10 years.

Location
Made from the emblematic grape variety of the Rhone Valley, on south-facing stony soils exposed to the south, our Vintage is made from very old vines between 80 and 100 years old 100 years old which offer particularly concentrated grapes.
Winemaking
After hand harvesting, the old Grenache vines are pressed, and fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of around 16 °C. Before fermentation is complete, we add neutral grape spirit to preserve part of the natural sugars. The wine is then aged for at least 3 years in oak barrels, which gives it its beautiful amber hue.
