The vintage
2025 is a precocious and contrasting vintage: after an intense dry spell followed by timely rainfall, careful monitoring and meticulous sorting ensured excellent quality. The 2025 wines stand out for their balance, precision, and promising aromatic expression.
Terroir
Grapes flourish on three different types of soil, each giving its own characteristics: hills with light sandy soil, slopes with zaffer, and limestone scree.
Winemaking
The grapes are harvested during the coolest hours of the day. Upon arrival at the winery, they are kept at 15–16°C to preserve their freshness and quality. Direct pressing and gentle vinification help reveal the full aromatic expression of the fruit.
