Betty : a craft beer with Vin Doux Naturel

At Rhonéa, innovation is at the heart of our philosophy, and we are thrilled to introduce our latest creation: Betty. This craft beer is the result of a new collaboration with a passionate brewer from the south of France. After Andie, a delicate beer with Muscat de Beaumes de Venise, here is Betty with Rasteau Natural Sweet Wine!

 

With an alcohol content of 5.5% ABV, Betty first captivates with its appearance: bright red hues and generous foam. On the nose, aromas of red fruits and malt reveal a refined balance between winemaking tradition and brewing creativity.

 

On the palate, Betty starts with a fruity attack, marked by the freshness of red fruits, before giving way to a long, persistent finish dominated by malty cereal notes.
