The world of wine is like a vintage that needs time to mature. While many industries have embraced digitalization long ago, the wine industry, true to its tradition, took its time to adapt to this new playing field. However, at Rhonéa, we decided to give it a digital boost! Innovation and breaking new ground are at the heart of our Cooperative’s daily activities. That’s why we not only launched an extensive plan to revitalize our social media networks but also decided to venture into the world of TikTok, among the very first in our industry !

Being present on this platform allows us to reach an audience known for being less knowledgeable about and less inclined to consume wine. “What we aim for,” explains Emma Nême Grima, in charge of Web Marketing “is to demystify our world, make it accessible to as many people as possible by showing the daily life of our winemakers, explaining how wines are made. A good wine is primarily one you enjoy because it suits a style or a moment you love. You don’t need to be a wine connoisseur to appreciate it.” The topics of Rhonéa’s TikTok videos are primarily educational. This includes the series “Let’s Talk About Everything and Wine,” which explains a wine-related word in 1 minute. Behind-the-scenes glimpses of the cellar, vineyard, and bottling process are also regularly highlighted. Conviviality is not forgotten, with cocktail and recipe ideas. “A new series is in preparation” Emma concludes. “Its purpose is to explain what a cooperative truly is, dispelling stereotypes and preconceptions that can sometimes persist.”

Margot Ducancel , the number 1 wine influencer in France With her 47,000 followers, Margot (@rougeauxlevres) founded “Le Club Rouge aux Lèvres”. A wine and champagne tasting club, gathering twice a month for themed MasterClasses. And guess who was present at these MasterClasses? Rhonéa, of course!
In May, we were part of the “Wine & Chocolate Evening” MasterClass in the company of the “chocolate master” Victoire Finaz de Villaine. And what better than our Naturat Sweet Wines to pair with chocolate? The Vintage in Rasteau & Bois Doré in Muscat de Beaumes de Venise were the stars of the evening !
We also participate to the “100% Rhône” MasterClass. Through
our La Ponche cuvée in Vacqueyras, and Bois Doré, Muscat de
Beaumes de Venise, we introduced the Rhône Valley to Margot
Ducancel’s club members.
